Sales Representatives

Sawicki Agency sales representatives are available to help callers quote and compare insurance rates. After an initial training period, they become licensed agents. All of our representatives are expected to offer price information as well as educate our customers on what levels of insurance they need. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with sales ability and excellent computer skills.

Sawicki Agency has sales offices in Vernon, CT and Tolland, CT. Sales agents can also work from home on a full time basis after an initial training period.

Customer Service Representative

Sawicki Agency customer service representatives answer customer questions, interpret guidelines, process policy changes, and communicate with company underwriters over the telephone. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem solving and computer skills and should be able to multitask.
